Temporarily less parking posts at the “Knuedler” vel’oh! station.
(12/11/2008)Due to the Finnish Christmas market, the number of available parking posts has temporarily been reduced until 15th December 2008.
Extension of the vel’oh! network
Since the launch of vel’oh!, the self-service bikes have been used more than 80,000 times. Boosted by its success, the system is being laid out to a total of 40 stations in 2009. For users to be able to find the new stations planned up until 2009, vel’oh! has made a new downloadable map available.
On the new map, users can find the 4 stations which will be put in place by the end of 2008 and the 11 other stations which will be finished in 2009. The closer and more extensive interconnection of the stations will also enable users to find bikes or available places quickly. This extension offers new possibilities and travelling by bike will be even more practical and easier!
