To get out a short-term subscription, go to one of the 25 stations with a terminal. Follow the instructions on the screen and swipe your bank card through the reader The ticket will cost EUR 1. The terminal will issue a ticket that is valid for 7 days.
Yes, in the case of an annual subscription, you can specify on the subscription form which date you want to start (a minimum of 15 days after the date on which the file is sent).
If you want to know how long you have been using the service at the end of your journey and how much you will have to pay, swipe your bank card through the reader and enter your ID number. A receipt will be issued.
If you have a long-term subscription (1 year), you can consult the balance of your account on the terminal or on this website in the My account section.
A deposit is required for short-term tickets and for long-term subscriptions (1 year). If you want to use vel'oh! with a group or the family, each person has to take out a subscription and provide a desposit.
-Long-term subscription
The cost of the service will be debited from your account on a monthly basis.
- Short-term subscription
The cost of the service is debited from your bank account at the end of the period of validity of your 7-day subscription.
Unless cancellation by mail, at the address JCDECAUX - 90, Rue de Cessange - L-1320 Luxembourg, the subscription is automatically renewed every year. You can keep your personal card from one year to the next.
For a long-term subscription you have to enclose a direct debit authorisation with the registration form.
For the short-term subscription, you have to provide a direct debit pre-authorisation.
In all cases, the deposit is only debited if you haven't respected the general conditions of access and use (ie the bicycle has not been returned within 24 hours).
